We ordered the Kaiser Bugaboo Sheepskin Footmuff to fit on our Bugaboo Frog with some trepidation due to the price and the fact that we had not seen this particular type of footmuff in person (sellers of Kaiser products are few and far between in the United States). However, having now had the footmuff for a month, I can say that it was worth every penny and lives up to its description in every way. The footmuff was extremely easy to install - maybe 2 minutes tops from opening the box it shipped in to being completely installed on the stroller. The zippers and interior/exterior materials are top notch, and a personal favorite feature are the toggles placed at intervals on the exterior for folding down and securing the top layer of the muff at varying heights (lap, chest, or all the way to the baby's chin).
Because the footmuff is designed to fit both the Bugaboo Frog and the slightly larger Bugaboo Chameleon, it is not a skin-tight fit on our Frog, but the Bugaboo rain bubble still slides over the seat frame with the footmuff installed. A slight bend in the foot area of the muff is all that is needed, and that bend is covered by the black section on the bubble, so the whole ensemble still looks great rain or shine. A single drawback, and not large enough in my opinion to drop a star in the rating, is that the hole in the footmuff for the crotch strap does not exactly line up when installed on the Frog. This shortens the strap some, but has not been a problem when I buckle the baby in.
Most importantly, the footmuff does its job in keeping the baby warm. She's still pink and toasty when we pull her out after her daily 45 minute-1 hour walk, and we've had several below-freezing days to test it out in. The natural sheepskin of the footmuff also ensures that she doesn't become sweaty or stifled - something I worried about when looking at other muffs constructed entirely of synthetics.
